i bought relacore to use but i am having issues lately taking pills at all.. even with food they are upseting my tummy.. even motrin.. i dont know if the relacore works or not yet cuz i hav not been able to take it consistently enuf for enuf time!

Did you continue or stop taking Relacore? I took it for a month and did notice a difference in appearance of my thighs and buttocks; however, I need to get rid of my belly fat...which I did notice a difference there too. It would have shown a lot more if I were exercising with it.
I'd like to know how it worked for you.

Relacore works as a mood enhancer but doesn't really do anything to burn fat - that is my personal opinion and it is a majority opinion from the hundreds of reviews I have read.

I tried this from about one week but had to stop because I kept feeling faint - and absolutly no weight loss and my mood was no enhanced - I'd stay away from this one - I think that it is wrongly labeled in assisting with weight loss and everyone I know that has taken has not seen any results at all. Waste of $20+ if you ask me.

It is a waste of money. They have also been fined for "misleading" advertising.
It does nothing to remove belly fat.

I tried them for a couple of months 2 years ago. They did nothing for my belly fat, but it did help me with the large amounts of stress that I was under. Eating well and healthy are by far better choices than pills, since you are educating yourself on how to take care of yourself properly. Besides, studies have shown that most of these types of pills don't work.
