First ... Do NOT starve yourself; this could be deadly!

Yes, starving will make you LOSE WEIGHT .. but ...

Starving MAY not be the best solution for you to loose weight in the long run and here is why ..

To understand a starvation diet we need to look at what we are doing to our body when if we decide not to eat at all for a few days.

#1 When we starve .. our bodies will think that we are just between meals and our body will start to use up blood sugar and then start burning up carbs until they are gone.

#2 After our body run out of carbs , our body start to burn the fat and muscle tissue for energy and enter at lower metabolism in a fight to protect our bodies…this is the starvation phase.

#3 When we still do not eat and continue to starve, our bodies would start to burn off our fat and muscle and our metabolism would slow to a point where we would become very lethargic and our organs would start to slow down



"Starvation is a severe reduction in vitamin, nutrient and energy intake and the most extreme form of MALNUTRITION. It does help to lose weight and if we continue to starve (in excess of 1-2 months) it will causes permanent organ and, eventually DEATH.



Even though starving may help you to shed that few pounds but with the risk involved as a result of malnutrition and possibilities of death , it is the WORSE DIETING METHOD!.
